Midwest Industries Folding Front Sight Base
Rugged super heavy duty design from 4140 steel with mil spec magnesese phosphate finishing and 6061T6 hard coat anodized for a lifetime of durable service. Easy bolt on design for simple installation. A deployed height that is the same as the F-mark front sights. A locking detent button that locks the front blade in the folded position as well as the deployed position. Featuring MI's super smooth and reliable ball detent design for extreme durability and reliability under all conditions. As with all MI front sights, the FST uses a standard M16A2 front sight post for simplicity of use. Fully adjustable for elevation adjustment.
