These slings are designed to be rugged and silent with fast transition from carry to fire position with the quick release extension buckle. Our redesigned firing extension uses
no velcro and quickly returns to carry position by simply re-connecting the fastex buckle.
The MkII version of our two point sling incorporates adjustability into the firing extension as well as user determined attachment methods.
Our 2-point sling can and has been used in many different ways - by all types of shooters - but here's a few tips...
With the firing extension buckled the sling can be adjusted for a close-to-body fit useful for walking, backpack style carry or for hands-on situatations.
It can also be adjusted so that the weapon can still be comfortably shouldered on the strong side quickly with the firing extension buckled.
To release the firing extension simply press the sides of the fastex buckle and extend the weapon. Or release the fastex buckle and allow the weight of the weapon to extend the sling for you.
Another option is to adjust the sling so that the firing extension allows for maximum length when released - and use the extension for weak side transitions.
To shorten the sling just re-buckle the fastex connector on the firing extension and the weight of the weapon automatically shortens the sling to its initial adjusted length.
No guessing on length adjustments. Your sling begins and ends at precisely the same length each time. And each use of the firing extension provides the exact same amount of length as its last use. Two preset lengths - adjustable by the shooter - for the most efficient repetition in training and duty use.
